Growing up as an athlete since the age of 3, I have always had a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. I was a competitive gymnast for over 10 years and then pursued competitive cheerleading and track and more recently have gotten into the world of competitive bodybuilding as an NPC Bikini athlete. My athletic background, love for staying fit, and desire to help others let me to pursue certifications for both personal training and nutrition. I have helped a large number of clients drop body fat, gain muscle and strength along with completely changing their body composition while on my 1-on-1 online coaching programs.
