This is a 16-Day full-body challenge, which will teach full-body exercises in a circuit style for beginners. I will give you the chance to video chat with me through zoom and message through email any questions you may have, far as the workout and nutrition advice.
You will have two upper body days a week. This program will last for 8-weeks. You will focus on using your body weight, machines, and dumbbells to build muscle and strengthen your stabilizing muscles.
This is an 8-week program that will help build hamstrings and glutes. In the first 4 weeks, clients will build a foundation by performing isolation and balance exercises. During the last 4 weeks, it will be more compound exercises to put on muscle and strength.
This product consists of 3 workouts a week, for 4 weeks. The focus is to improve stability and balance, along with muscle and strength. Also, the client will have weekly video chats with me to go over progress.
You will perform the 2 workout days on different days. In between those two weight training days, you will do 2 to 3 cardio days.
