I take a hybrid approach to training and coaching. I take the BEST of all disciplines (bodybuilding, sports performance, Crossfit, and rehabilitative) and tailor workouts for each of my clients goals, limitations, and objectives!

I'm not a drill instructor, but I do expect your very best! I try to achieve this in a fun, light-hearted environment so you ENJOY the process of getting fit! :)

I have achieved many feats of strength and rank among the top 2% of all Crossfit competitors in the world age 40+ (that's over 20,000 competitors).
