I've been a Men's Physique & Classic Physique Competitor since 2013. Over the last seven years I've been able to compete 14 times all over the United States. I've now taken some time off due to a femur break, but will be stepping on stage hopefully in 2021.

I help busy professionals get the body of their dreams without wasting time in the gym in 90 days or less!

I'm all about balance and creating new habits! Life is not about constantly restricting the things that we enjoy, it's about learning how to balance them into your daily lifestyle!

Refund policy — All purchases are non-refundable. You'll have to agree all sales are final after purchase & you agree you will not contact your bank or credit card company. DUTY TO READ. I accept that under the agreement you'll sign when you join the academy.

Delivery policy — Your program will be delivered in 2-3 business days after onboarding is completed.

Return policy – There is no return policy on this service. It's up to you to participate in the program when it is delivered and if you don't participate that's completely up to you.

Cancellation policy — Any cancellations will stop your program immediately with no refunds. You can pause your program if needed and we can include that in your agreement if needed.
