As a retired Army Fire Support Sergeant, I’ve overcome my own battles with lung and spine injuries—so I understand the challenges of starting fresh, staying consistent, and pushing through setbacks.
My coaching style is supportive, practical, and goal-driven. I focus on creating customized training and nutrition strategies that fit your lifestyle—whether you want to build muscle, lose weight, or simply move and feel better every day.
