Getting started on your health and fitness journey can be very confusing. My goal as a trainer is to take the guess work out of your training and nutrition.

I have been in the health and fitness industry for the last 12 years. In that time I've trained on cruise ships internationally, big corporate gyms as well as a small boutique personal training studio.

I believe training should be enjoyable, sustainable and something that can fit easily in to your lifestyle without taking up all of your free time.
