Hello, my name is Jack Hallows and I’m a Personal Trainer/Online Coach (but you’d already know that, it’s why you’re here).

In essence though, I like to think I’m more than just a title.

I help people look better naked, lift heavier weights and realise that body confidence is about far more than just having a six pack.
