Sports and fitness have always been a passion for me and after several years working on the business side of sports I decided to shift gears into personal training.

The idea of making a positive impact on peoples wellness and building a career in the fitness industry was very appealing. I have a passion for powerlifting, weightlifting and I've completed more than 10 competitive obstacle course races. Growing up I played many competitive sports including college hockey.

Whether you're an elite athlete, a busy executive or new to exercise I can customize a program to reach your goals.
