I’m Beth, a Strong First certified kettlebell instructor and I teach kettlebell classes as well as strength and fitness classes, here in Edmonton, Alberta.

I developed a passion for kettlebells after training regular “gym-bro” splits (don’t get me wrong, everything has it’s time and place). The technique for kettlebell ballistics reminded me of learning sport skills in my youth; softball pitching, batting, basketball and even some dance technique!

I believe that fitness is for everyone, whether you're lifting for the first time or your fifth decade, I’m here to help you learn how to train safely and effectively, give you the opportunity to work hard, challenge your comfort zone and leave each training session feeling accomplished.
