This workout is performed standing in various stances with focus on twisting the torso creating a strong core working the waist along with some plyometrics. Some direct lying abdominal work. The variety is unique and includes power moves that focus on speed as progress increases along with balance from stopping the force of movement to create an intense contraction. This is a explosive workout and excellent for athletes or just someone wanting to look and feel like an athlete!
Provided in this plan is a custom workout based on equipment available to the client. We use a variety of home workout equipment such as bands, medicine balls, fit balls, sliders and more. We have created several of our own videos used by several of our personal training clients and add some of the standard Trainerize videos. We provide exercises if client has access to weight equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, machines etc. We will adjust some exercises based on client needs and or ability. Workouts will be modified after 4 weeks upon request. We will add or remove exercises based on needs.
