I’m a certified personal trainer through ISSA with nearly a decade of hands-on experience in the fitness industry. I’ve been training clients since 2015, helping people of all fitness levels build strength, confidence, and healthier lifestyles. I previously owned and operated a Fit Body Boot Camp, where I specialized in group training and corrective exercise, focusing on proper movement, injury prevention, and long-term results. I’ve also worked at 24 Hour Fitness, gaining experience training a wide range of clients in both one-on-one and gym-based environments. My approach goes beyond workouts—I believe in training the body while strengthening the mind, meeting each client where they are, and helping them heal and grow in their own way.
