Hi, I'm Steve Winnan. I'm a Personal Trainer based in Falmouth, Cornwall. I deliver Personal Training and Online Fitness Programes to a variety of clients.

My workouts include dynamic warm ups, core strengthening, functional training, muscle strength and endurance and HIIT Training.

My qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science at University of Gloucestershire, Personal Training Diploma (Cyrpus), Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation and years of experience working with a variety of clients.
