This monthly program is designed for private or very small group sessions (1-4 people) in order to maintain customized workouts and a high level of individual attention. Every workout includes warm-up, mobility/flexibility, strength, agility and endurance training. Also, with this program clients have access to the online app with additional workouts, meals plans and other features.

How it works: -We schedule a 30 minute voice or video call to discuss your goals and what you want your program to look like. Then we will create a custom game plan, that I will use as guide to create your program -In 3-4 business days your custom program will be delivered to you through my online app -Throughout the 4 weeks you will have unlimited messaging with me through the app -You will have regular accountability and coaching support provided -At the halfway point, we will schedule another 30 minute call to to check in on your progress -During the final week of the program we will connect again to evaluate your progress and discuss next steps

My programming is designed to change every 4 weeks allowing you to master form, challenge your weight lifting and avoid adaptation. (also can link Myfitnesspal, Fitbit, and Apple Watch, FitBit and Garmin to view everything in 1 place!) - Scheduled check-ins each week - Plan adjustments made as needed. - Goal and habit tracking - Access to me via in-app messaging around the clock.
