Personal Training is one-on-one physical training between you and your trainer. Your trainer will assess your skills, endurance, physical capabilities, strength, balance, and more. Your trainer will then plan, create, and prepare all of your training sessions. Periodically session time may be used if coaching or measuring is requested or needed. The Personal Training package includes a weekly, monthly, and yearly (or 6-month) training guide. This Personal Training package includes ONE training sessions per week. Semi-Private Training: There may / will be other clients in the gym / workout area at the same time as your scheduled training session. You will still be given your custom workouts for your limitations, needs, and goals. Note: This plan is a 12-month agreement for training, and this plan will auto-renew each month until cancelled. There are no refunds or transfers. Rescheduling trainings in the same week is allowed. Missed workouts cannot be rolled over to future weeks. Missed workouts in the same week can be substituted with a Group Training or in-App Training. Program can only be paused with a doctor's note, but not cancelled.
