This includes our all access classes or small group personal training included in-person training at our club. If it is hard to make it to the gym more than once a week we combine both in person and at home services so you can maximize your membership and goals!
Add on to our training programs eating plans and healthy habits coaching to help maximize your results. Stay accountable outside of your workouts to fuel your goals and health.
Home workouts using kettlebells/dumbbells, bands, sliders (or towels, paper plates) for sliding on the floor, exercise ball, and body weight. Or workouts to help maximize your results at your local gym. Every month we upload a new program to the training library. We are available for training questions through our messenger in the training app.
Hi! I’m Scott Yeckley, Owner and Personal trainer at Innate Fitness-Latrobe. I obtained my Exercise Science degree from Lock Haven University. With a passion for helping my clients reach their wellness and performance goals, I strive daily to practice what I preach and stay up to date on current training, nutrition and daily wellness habits. I aspire to be at the top of my game for all my clients so they can receive training that leads to lifelong wellness.
