Coach AJ has been training personal and group fitness since 2017 and competing in Body Building since 2021. Coach Carmelita graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2018 with a BS in Public Health and has been training group fitness since 2020 and recently received her certification in Fitness Nutrition in 2022. Combined Coach AJ and Carm have coached hundreds of people at all fitness levels and has had the pleasure of training with a growing group fitness concept on and off for the last 5 years. Coach AJ and Coach Carm recognize the hardest part of reaching the next level is accountability - doing what you say you're going to do. Together they've launched Incredibly Bulk Coaching. Incredibly Bulk coaching helps you get back on track in all levels of fitness, from meal planning and choices to exercising for your goals.
