I was born and raised in Sardinia, Italy, where my passion for sports and fitness began at a young age. My journey into weight training started at the age of 16. After exploring various sports without finding one that truly resonated, I discovered weight training and instantly fell in love with it.

For many years, fitness remained a personal passion until 2018, when I decided to turn it into my career—a decision that has brought me immense joy and purpose ever since.

I am deeply committed to helping individuals become stronger, fitter, and more knowledgeable about effective training and techniques. Witnessing clients grow in confidence and strength is the most fulfilling aspect of my work.

My mission is to inspire others to embrace exercise as a lifelong journey of self-improvement and vitality. I believe training shouldn’t feel like a chore but rather like a secret potion for staying youthful, energized, and empowered.
