This February, we’re honoring Black history the most powerful way possible through movement, discipline, and community. The Empowerment Through Movement Fitness Challenge is designed to push you physically, mentally, and collectively as we celebrate strength, resilience, and progress. From Feb 8–28, participants will compete and level up by completing workouts, staying consistent with their nutrition, and hitting personal fitness goals. You’ll earn points through completed workouts, accountability check-ins, and daily movement turning consistency into momentum. This challenge thrives on healthy competition and community accountability. Whether you’re lifting, moving, stretching, or showing up when motivation is low, every action counts.
