When I first met Gregg, and asked how often he trained, I was shocked. He only worked out three times a week for no more than 45 minutes each. On top of that, he never did any aerobic exercise. The most convincing thing of all was that he had the kind of toned, defined body that I wanted. I eagerly started the HYSTRENGTH (sm) program under his tutelage, and within six months my body did a dramatic change. I finally had definition. I was stronger. Much stronger. I had more energy, and most importantly, I had time for a life. I slept better I handled stress better my skin improved remarkably!
