I am a health & fitness coach for recent grads in finance and consulting and help them find balance, gain energy and feel confident when they look in the mirror in the morning. My coaching surrounds developing healthy habits and building fit body frame that is best for one’s individual body type. My training style includes High Intensity Cardio, Circuit Training, Core Stability, and Strength/ Weight Training.
