This product allows access to the HUB-Fit program inside our home location, so even if you aren't able to make it in person to class, you are able to workout using the same programming as person's inside our physical location!!! The program focuses on strength, endurance and some conditioning as well to enhance lean muscle gain and body fat loss alongside a comprehensive nutritional program!!!

This program focuses on strengthening full body muscle groups using body-weight exercises for those who are limited on equipment or have no access to a gym.
This program is a 12 week progressive overload program with 4 short cycles (3 weeks each) of different lifts to help the client gain strength and build muscular endurance.
This product is for those who need a jump start to the New Year and want to get themselves going in the right direction with a solid plan and also tips for the journey ahead. Includes: - Workout Routine - General Cardio Activity - Basic Stretch Routine - Group Access to connect with others trying to get fit
