I began working as a personal trainer in 2012 with a certification from the American Council on Exercise. I have trained hundreds of clients through a one-on-one setting, group fitness classes, and online and virtual training. My main drive is to establish are relationship and bond with each of my clients. I believe that this connection is what fuels motivation and inspiration to do our best.

Exercise and fitness have shaped me into the person I am today, and it gives me a role within my community that I take great joy and heathy pride towards. I hope to be able to help you with whatever it is you are striving for!
