My name is Hilary Hall, and I’m the creator and author of Shred Your Muscle (SYM) and SYM 2.0. By joining my programming, you officially become a Shredette — a title I’ve proudly given my clients over the years to represent strength, confidence, and commitment.

I’m a certified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. I’ve worked with professional athletes, busy moms, beginners, and women in every stage of life. But beyond the certifications and experience, I’m also a mom of three in my 40s — which means I truly understand the demands on your time, your energy, and your body.

I know what it’s like to want to feel strong again.

To lose stubborn fat.
To feel confident in your skin — without sacrificing your life to do it.
