This is an introductory program that assist new clients with getting familiar with basic bodyweight exercises while developing the habit of working/getting active for 28 days.
The program will be offered via our mobile app which provides all workouts with a build in tracking system, access to everyone else involved in the program to keep you motivated and last but not least 9 weeks access to me and all the knowledge I have.
