About Stefanie

I am a mother of 2, wife and run my own personal training business. Before I got into fitness and Personal Training, I had a pretty sedentary work life and recently decided that it was time for a change, take a risk and follow my passion of helping other people in becoming healthier and stronger versions of themselves through encouragement, guidance, education and one on one fitness classes. I have experienced first hand the struggle of finding motivation and time to make permanent changes without feeling guilty for prioritizing my health. But let me tell you that doing so has been the most rewarding thing I have ever done for myself and I would be honored in helping other's to reach their goals as well.
