Hi, I’m Adriel, the founder of Healthy Weight Academy! My mission is simple: to help you build sustainable fitness habits, get stronger, and feel your best—without extreme restrictions or unrealistic expectations.
With over 12 years in the Army, serving as an infantry officer, and now in military intelligence, I’ve developed a deep understanding of discipline, resilience, and strategic problem-solving—all of which shape my coaching approach.
I’m also a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) with a Master’s in Health and Human Performance. That means you’re not just getting a coach—you’re getting a structured, science-backed program designed for accurate results.
My Journey & Philosophy
Fitness has always been a significant part of my life. As someone who competes in Spartan races (Sprint, Super, and Beast) every year, I understand what it takes to push limits while staying injury-free.
But I’ve also faced my challenges:
