I enjoy working with new members or those starting out on their journeys to help integrate them into the club and to develop personalized programs to help them achieve their goals. I also love working with clients who are looking to change up their routine and challenge themselves. Incorporating flexibility, as well as injury prevention techniques, into client plans to build confidence and maintain a safe environment. Agility and endurance training for those who are looking to feel lighter on their feet and less out of breath.

Remember that what works for someone else may not work for you, but know that there is something out there that will work for you. Set your goals and make your plan based on what you want to improve.
