I'm Pat - one of the Trainers under HP Fitness. I’ve always had a strong passion for movement and performance. Growing up, I played a wide range of sports and was constantly pushing my body to see what it was capable of—whether it was for health, fitness, or peak performance. That drive led me to a deep fascination with the human body and how we can optimize it.
What I love most now is sharing that knowledge with others—helping people transform their health, improve performance, and feel their best. No matter your age or starting point, it’s never too early—or too late—to take control of your health and boost your longevity.
