I have spent the majority of my life keeping very fit and active through various sports and activities, appreciating everything that the world provides for us.

Keeping fit has changed my mindset; the endorphins give me drive and ambition and help me make healthy life decisions. Personally focussed on increasing weight and strength in the gym means my heart is so totally focused on training my incredible clients to reach their goals in the most sustainable and enjoyable manner.
