I have been in the fitness industry for many years starting off as a yoga instructor, through to taking different sorts of classes such as spin, pump and combat to name a few. I have been lucky enough to work with and under some great coaches in different fields from Olympic lifting to MMA.

Over the years I have been lucky enough to work in the AIS and the TIS with a number of different athletes and in many different gyms with a variety of people from all walks of life.

I have a very holistic, pragmatic and functional style when it comes to training. My true passion is educating and prehabilitating, trying to help my clients be the best versions of themselves.
