The Push, Pull, Legs is one of the most popular programs. This is a 6 day a week program that is great for building that muscle mass while giving it that sexy tone. With this program you will be working through push and pull with a vertical and horizontal focus. With Legs there will be an anterior and a posterior focus day.
This Program will get you athletic, strong and fit for any situation. You will be training with weight 7 days a fortnight with 7 cardio days a fortnight. You will be working with the 4 major lifts; Deadlift, Bench press, Squat and the Over head Press. This is an all time favorite for busy people! This Program you are going to smash the gym 3 days a week. Each session you are going to have a Major body part focus (legs, chest, back) and then with that you are going to also target each other body part, giving you more hypertrophy and a body re-composition. if you add in some cardio on your days off it is a sure fire way to heading towards the body you want.
