Hallie comes from a Dance, Yoga, and Tae Kwon Do background. The exploration of how the human body uses both mobility and stability to move efficiently has always been her focus of study. She received her 200-RYT Yoga Certification in 2013 and transitioned into Personal Training because she wanted to incorporate functional movement, mobility training, and resistance training into a full body workout. She has a holistic approach to fitness and believes that diversity through movement, makes the body strongest.
