Welcome to START SHIFT 6 START SHIFT 6 is not a transformation program and it is not a quick-fix. This is a starter pack fitness and nutrition habit program designed to help you reset routines, build consistency, and improve simple health markers. The goal is straightforward: decrease unhealthy body fat, build basic strength, and create nutrition habits you can actually maintain. Nutrition Habits (Simple & Sustainable) Throughout the program, you will focus on three core habits: Water: 64–80 oz per day Protein: 100–125 g per day Fiber: 15–20 g per day Fitness and Mobility Structure Strength workouts are circuit-based using 2–3 rounds with 8–10 reps per exercise or timed sets at 30 seconds. Mobility sessions are short and focused, using 3 movements, 10 reps each, for 2 total rounds. These habits are designed to support metabolism, energy, and daily performance — without extremes. Program Breakdown Week 1 – Pre-Shift Week This week is about setup and preparation.
