My dad was a body builder growing up so he had me in the gym when I was a little kid. I first started working out when I was 13 years old and fell in love with it right away. I first started training friends right out of high school as a hobby. Got certified when I was 19 years old. I've done everything from personal training, online coaching, group fitness instructor, fitness manager, and personal training director. Thirteen years later and I'm still loving what I do. When I'm not spending time training my clients I enjoy staying active by snowboarding, wakeboarding and spending time with my dog Cooper.
