Hello,
My name is Devin Fry. I am certified NASM CPT and have a Bachelors in Exercise Science. I am a former 5 year Collegiate Athlete baseball player and am currently pursuing Physical Therapy. What got me into training was my love to help people and my love for fitness. I have 3 younger brothers who I’ve trained my whole life. In training them and through my own injury, I realized how important fitness and nutrition is not only on your body, but also your mind.
