My objective is to encourage, foster and mentor others in physical, emotional and overall well-being of their body in a safe and fun environment. I have been in the fitness industry for over 17 years. My background is diverse: Group Fitness Director, Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, Senior Fitness Specialist, SilverSneakers certified, Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, Nutrition Specialist and Health Coach. I was also part of a pilot program with Healthways, bringing pole walking into the community. I bring creativity to my client’s workouts, making their fitness journey an enjoyable experience.
