I have been in the fitness industry for 17 years and studied Exercise Science at UNF. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through Interactive Fitness Trainers of America and have certifications in Group Fitness through SCW Fitness Education. I continued my Group Fitness certification to work with the senior population as well. I am certified in SilverSneakers, muscular strength and range of movement. I am deeply passionate about the importance of balancing a healthy lifestyle through body, mind and spirit and believe that, with hard work and dedication, the body can achieve what the mind believes. My goal as a trainer is to help clients achieve their personal goals.
