Hi! My name is Aaron. I am new to personal training, but not to fitness. My fitness journey started in 2014 when I joined the Army and evolved from triathlon, to group fitness, and that landed me where I am right now. I have a wife and two girls and we love to be outside riding bikes, hiking, hunting, etc.
