Training became a passion after heart disease forced me to make some serious lifestyle changes, or suffer some major consequences. Once I got fit, helping others became a passion of mine. I wanted to help people feel as empowered as I felt after naturally shedding 50+ pounds. I could not afford a personal trainer throughout my journey, so I decided I would devote my life to assisting others in the most affordable way. Online coaching gives me the opportunity to assist multiple clients from all over. I am physically located in the Dallas area and provide 1 on 1 and group sessions.
