    Welcome to GetRight Fitness’s booty builder program. This is a 27 week glute focused program that ranges from beginner to moderate. In this program we’re going to be focusing on building muscle and strength to ensure that booty 🍑 pops. As soon as you set up your sign in, I will be able to work towards your customized workout plan ( delivered about 72 hours after sign up ). Once delivered, you will be on your way to booty building success. Please note by signing up for this program you are agreeing to mandatory weekly group check ins. These check ins are crucial to ensure you hold yourself accountable and discuss your progress on a weekly basis. These check ins can also be utilized to ask your trainer any questions you may have. Our mission here is to help you build positive habits that will help you become successful towards your fitness goals and lifestyle. Another thing to understand is that your monthly recipe books and customized meal plans will not be provided until after 30 days of showing consistently clean eating habits. This is done to ensure that we find the right approach to your nutritional goals. This program will be broken down into 3 phases Phase 1: Movement - In this phase we will be working on body movement, form and tiring out the body Phase 2: Build - This phase will focus on building more muscle using heavier weights and bands. Phase 3: Strengthen - In this phase we’re gonna be maxing out hypertrophy by focusing on lifting heavy and using good form. Our mission with these semi private sessions is to allow you to train with other like minded individuals who are also working towards the same goal. These sessions are smaller in numbers so to allow your trainer to properly assist every individual. This program will assist you in building muscle, work on proper form, while getting stronger with each session. As soon as you set up your sign in, I will be able to work towards your customized workout plan ( delivered about 72 hours after sign up ). Once the plans are delivered, you will be ready to begin this new journey towards a healthier lifestyle. Please note by signing up for this program you are agreeing to mandatory weekly group check ins.     Hey guys and welcome to the ultimate transformation program This program is a month to month 12 session program with no commitment a nonrefundable. This program will include 12 training sessions in a group of 3 (Best way to be done three sessions per week although it’s up to you on how you want to break it down throughout your weeks).This is a hybrid program therefore you could possibly have other days of the weeks where you do cardio or hit your local gym. This program will also include video instructions on how to do the workouts and a supportive group which you will automatically be in rolled for support. This program will also include nutritional guidelines a step-by-step how to use my fitness pal. And a step-by-step e-book on how to track your macros and stay on track with your goals.
