SweatBox Wheaton was established in order to mold restorative exercise with strength and conditioning, so that all levels of fitness can experience safe and effective movement coaching. Movement coaching starts with full body bio mechanical screening. Results from the screen allow for client specific programming and exercise choices that target areas of weakness, imbalance and immobility. We will never throw a handful of randomly selected exercises at you and hope for results. Coaching will support your activity or sport in order for you to become more successful at your task and prevent injury in the process.
