I am a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer with 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. I earned a B.S. in Biomechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

I launched my fitness career while working overseas training both groups and individuals, ranging from fitness enthusiasts to national-level athletes to military personnel. I’ve successfully applied my diverse knowledge and skills as a StrongFirst Level II Kettlbell Instructor and USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach to develop integrated strength and conditioning programs that improve the athletic performance and overall health of my clients.

My practice is underpinned by the conviction that strength is the foundation to develop one’s desired physical qualities and that strength has a greater purpose. I’m fully committed to motivating my clients to overcome their limitations and accomplish their fitness and life goals.
