I have always love anything sport, fitness and health from being a youth athlete. I have competed in various sports over the years but my main sport was rugby, which I retired from due to a head injury. With all the knowledge and experienced I have within the industry, I want to help and encourage as many women as possible to enjoy fitness because a healthy lifestyle is for everyone. The gym doesn't have to seem like the worst part of your day, together we can have fun, make memories and build healthy habits.
