This is a 2-week training experience for people who want to get stronger, move better, and feel athletic again — without pain, burnout, or random workouts. What this trial is for It’s a “test drive” of my coaching style. You’ll try different types of workouts so we can find what fits your body, your schedule, and your goals. At the end, what matters most is your goal — and that’s where the personalized plan comes in. How it works (inside the app) You’ll follow a simple schedule with workouts like: • Strength sessions (upper body, full-body, pure strength) • Conditioning (circuits, intervals, Tabata-style engine work) • Mobility + recovery (warm-ups, movement prep, stretching/rolling) • Coaching support (chat + guidance inside the app) Personalized training (the real point) During the trial, you’ll do different workouts to “test” what your body responds to best. Then I tailor the plan to your objective — fat loss, strength, muscle, conditioning, performance, or pain-free training — with a structure that you can actually stick to. Equipment Some days are bodyweight-only. Some days may use gym equipment (or dumbbells/kettlebells if you have them). No stress — I’ll adapt based on what you have access to. Move Strong is an 8-week training program designed for men and women who want to build a strong, mobile, and injury-resistant body, whether they’re returning to training or starting again with confidence. It’s not just a workout plan. It’s a foundation phase focused on teaching your body how to move efficiently, stabilize under pressure, and generate controlled strength for sport and everyday life.
