Online training program optimizing your strength and physique using functional fitness. Exercise intensities include bodyweight, freeweight and resistance band. Your personal training coach will customize your program based on your capabilities, goals and available schedule. Session length ranges from 20 to 75 minutes. Total sessions per month range from 16 to 24.
