Hi, my name is Julia and welcome to your training portal! I’m a fitness and nutrition coach helping women build their strongest, healthiest and most confident selves. My mission is to provide the real life strategies women need to tackle their most challenging obstacles and reach their biggest goals.

Getting fit and healthy usually starts with wanting to look better. I get that! But I believe that, while yes, getting fit and healthy is about looking better, it's also about feeling better and living better. What that looks like is different for every person. And so every one of my plans is personalized to my clients' needs, goals, abilities and capabilities.

This is my passion. I'm never happier than I am when I'm helping someone become their best, healthiest self. My goal is to pass a bit of that passion on to every person I meet.
