Liria has been training and teaching herself fitness and nutrition for about a decade before deciding it was time to jump in the ring and train others. Her strength is helping people find balance between their lives and their goals and she is passionate about including self care and body positivity into her coaching.

Liria also has a background working with sexual assault survivors, so she understands the emotional and mental struggles that women deal with after trauma. She has a coaching program designed specifically for survivors who want to use nutrition and fitness to further their healing process.
