My name is Duana Nyei. I am a United States Army Medic, a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, and a huge health and wellness enthusiast. My aim is to inspire and motivate others to begin and/or continue a healthy lifestyle via my experiences, meaningful dialogues, and personal training. Like one of my mentors, Curtis Henry, always says: "We're not doing anything crazy, just hard work".
