A structured training plan for independent lifters who want a clear path to results, no guesswork, just execution. What’s included: • Fully customized training program based on your goals • Includes strength training, cardio protocols, warm-up, and mobility routines • Tailored for men and women with Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced options • Program updated every 4 weeks with a new individualized training block Note: This option does not include weekly check-ins, workout/nutrition log reviews, or any nutrition support.
