A 12-week Arm Balance course that will help you understand each posture better. You will be able to prepare properly with drills, train your longer holds and gradually progress towards more advanced postures and transitions. In each phase (3 weeks) you will be introduced to new Arm balances, while you are being asked to dedicate time and effort into building a solid ground, strength and right technique before proceeding further. This means that in each phase (of 4 in total) you will be repeating the same exercises, so you can truly master each movement.
A 12-week program of 3 workouts per week, including Backbending, Front and Side splits. This program will help you increase the range of motion in these movements and build strength in them. Through repetition of the same exercises and gradually progressing with each phase, you will be able to unlock new depths of movement in a functional and safe way. There are 4 phases - each of 3 weeks. Exercises change in each phase.
This is an expansion of the Mobility program. It is 12 week course that includes Backbends, Front and Side splits, with added Core workout, 1-leg balancing (pistols) and Circuit strength workout. You will benefit of this package if you are looking to increase your range of motion, but also want to get more toned.
