Flex fitness only challenges.
You will have two 3 week training sessions. They will be scheduled for 5 days a week with an optional cardio of your choice 2-3 times a week! There is a 2-Week "break" between challenges but you will have access to the workouts to schedule them however you want for those last 2 weeks. We also have a private group chat so please make sure you have your notifications turned on when you are able to access the group.
Flex's 6-Week Fitness Series. We work the full body and all muscle groups. We have a private 2-way In-App messaging system where you can ask Kelli any questions!! There will be 2 scheduled 30 minute zoom calls during this 6 weeks. And, as always, a chance to win some cash/venmo prizes if you are willing to share your side-by-sides at the end of the challenge!
We have home version and gym version training programs, and you will have access to both versions. We will be continuing to do some strength and endurance with some core training. There will also be a mindset component with this challenge and we will have 2 mindset coaching calls.
